The Supreme Court House has partially reinstated the Trump Administration’s travel ban.

The ruling, which will take effect Thursday, June 29th, 2017, allows the ban to be enforced against foreign nationals who cannot credibly claim a “bona fide relationship with a person or entity in the United States,” such as an American family member, American university or American employer.

On Friday, January 27, an Executive Order was signed that temporarily prohibits entry by all refugees regardless of nationality and all individuals from seven majority-Muslim countries. This is offensive to our values as Americans.

The Dulles Justice Coalition is a nonpartisan alliance of individual volunteers from legal non-profits, law firms, and all walks of life. We are working together to uphold democracy and justice.
